Shape Memory Alloy (SMA) Engineering & R&D

Advanced Shape Memory Alloy component design, thermal actuation modeling, and high-precision manufacturing. Delivering smart self-powered actuation across automotive, aerospace, and biomedical sectors.

Engineering Capabilities

TOSTA maintains deep expertise in Shape Memory Alloy (SMA) metallurgy, transformation temperature calibration ($A_s, A_f, M_s, M_f$), and nonlinear thermomechanical finite element modeling. Our proprietary SMA Thermostatic Valve Simulation System 2.0 achieves temperature control accuracy 2 to 3 times tighter than Chinese National Standard QB/T 2806-2017 and European Standard EN 1111-2019, providing reliable self-powered actuation with zero external electrical energy.
