High-Temperature Resistant Springs

Specialty superalloy springs engineered for continuous performance in severe thermal environments from -200°C to +800°C.

High-Temperature Spring Engineering Overview

Elevated operating temperatures degrade conventional spring steels rapidly: tensile strength drops, the shear modulus decreases, and materials suffer severe stress relaxation, thermal creep, and accelerated surface oxidation. Conversely, cryogenic operating environments risk low-temperature embrittlement and catastrophic brittle failure. TOSTA develops engineered high-temperature spring series utilizing aerospace-grade nickel, cobalt, and titanium superalloys, ensuring stable load retention, dimensional stability, and fatigue endurance across continuous operating ranges from -200°C to +800°C.
